Privacy notice

Last updated September 27, 2026

JumpyHub (hub.jumpygroup.com) is the client portal Jumpy Group LLC runs for the businesses we work with. This notice explains what Hub records about the people who use it, why, where it is kept and for how long, and how to ask us to delete it.

Your account

  • Your name, email address, role and organization, entered when your account is set up. If you sign in with Google, Google also gives us your profile picture.
  • When you last signed in.
  • Actions you take in Hub, such as creating, approving or changing an item, with your name and the time, so your team and ours can see who did what.
  • Anything you submit, such as requests, comments, answers and files.

How you use Hub

While you are signed in, Hub records how you move through it:

  • Each page you open, by type of page, such as the Scorecard or the Ads tab of Reports. Not the numbers or content on it.
  • When you switch away from a Hub tab, and when you come back to it.
  • When a Hub tab has had no mouse, keyboard or scrolling for 5 minutes, and when you start again. While you are active, Hub also checks in every few minutes.
  • The time of each of these, and a random ID for each browser tab so separate tabs can be told apart.

From these we work out which days you used Hub, which parts you used most, and roughly how long Hub was on your screen and in use. Hub does not record what you type, what you click on a page, or what a page shows.

Why: to see whether Hub is useful to your team, so we can follow up when it isn't, and to decide what to improve or build next. Our staff can mark some users as key users, whose regular use we follow more closely.

Who can see it: Jumpy Group administrators, and Jumpy Group staff we specifically give access. People at your organization can't see these records in Hub, and neither can other clients. When our staff view Hub as you to help with support, that visit is recorded under their own name, marked as such, and not counted as your use.

Where it is kept: in Hub's own database, hosted by Supabase, with the rest of your Hub data. We don't send these records to analytics or advertising companies.

How long: there is no fixed expiry. We keep these records so we can compare use over time, including after an account is deactivated. They are deleted if your account is deleted, and you can ask us to delete them sooner.

Asking us to delete your usage records

Email chris@jumpygroup.com from the address you use for Hub. Within 30 days of your request, we will delete every usage record for your account, including page views, visits, time on screen and any key-user marking, remove your name from records of our staff viewing Hub as you, and email you when it is done.

This doesn't close your Hub account or remove things you have submitted. Tell us if you want that too.

Error reports

When something in Hub breaks, an error report goes to Sentry, the service we use to find and fix bugs. A report includes the page address, your browser and device type, technical details of the error, and a short trail of what happened just before it, such as the pages you opened and what you clicked. If the error happens while Hub is saving something you entered, the report can include that entry. Sentry also receives speed measurements for about 1 in 10 page loads.

We don't record replays of your screen, and we don't attach your name or email address to error reports. Sentry deletes them automatically after 90 days or less.

Anonymous site statistics

Hub uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, from our hosting provider, to count page views and measure how fast pages load. They don't use cookies and aren't tied to you or your account.

If you open a shared link

Some Hub pages open without signing in, such as a shared presentation or a form. For a shared presentation, Hub records how far through it you got, how long it was open, your browser type, the page that linked you there, and a scrambled form of your IP address that can't be turned back into the address. Anything you submit through a shared form is saved in Hub.

Services that help run Hub

  • Supabase: Hub's database and sign-in.
  • Vercel: hosting, and the anonymous statistics above.
  • Google: Sign in with Google, and Google Drive for some files.
  • Resend: sending Hub's emails.
  • Sentry: error reports and speed measurements.
  • Slack: notifications to our team about activity in Hub, such as review decisions.

Hub has no advertising trackers, and we don't sell information from Hub.

Changes and questions

If we change what Hub records, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions about this notice: chris@jumpygroup.com.
